At NORVETHA, we craft our jewelry with intention and hope every piece brings you joy and meaning. However, if your order doesn’t perfectly align with your expectations, we are here to make things right with a simple and transparent return process.


Return Policy & Eligibility

To ensure a smooth return experience, please review our guidelines:

  • 15-Day Window: Returns are accepted within 15 days from the delivery date of your final item.
  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all original packaging included.
  • Clearance Items: Items marked as clearance or final sale are not eligible for returns unless there is a quality issue.
  • Return Shipping: As an independent brand, we currently do not offer free returns. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs.

Our meaningful pieces are crafted with authentic natural gemstones and crystals. Because they are born from the earth, slight variations in color, texture, and internal inclusions are completely normal. Additionally, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting and your monitor settings. These natural characteristics are the unique signatures of your stone and are not considered defects.


How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide Details: Please include your order number, the specific items you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. If your item arrived defective or incorrect, please attach clear photos for our reference.
  3. Receive Instructions: Our team will promptly reply with detailed step-by-step instructions and the return shipping address.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive your returned package, our quality team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria before processing your refund.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

To ensure you get exactly what you want as quickly as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different stone, size, or style, simply return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the piece you desire.
